It is basically a crypto blog site, they have art and music and other sections also but mainly cryptocurrency based blogs.
You must be accepted to blog on there though.
Other then that though you can sign up for free and tip on peoples posts, the tip system on https://www.publish0x.com is completely free and give you the option to give 100% tip on the blog post, OR Keep 20-80% for yourself.
You are paid out in 3 different crypto currencies but Bat ( Basic attention token )is the main one
